The challenge was to create the tallest office tower in Sydney featuring a side core.

A solution enabling the removal of some proposed outrigger shear walls and a reduction in the width of the concrete shear walls ultimately increased the Net Lettable Area (NLA) by 200 m2. Large column-free floors and reframing of the typical floor reduced around 15% of structural weight, while improving structural performance. A jump-start construction sequence maximised efficiency.
